We didn't pivot to AI because it was trendy. We did it because the results are undeniable — and our clients were the first to prove it.
Live Web Photos is a division of Live Web Studios — a North Jersey web design and development agency I founded in 2004. For over two decades, we've built the digital presence of small and mid-size businesses across the region: plumbers, architects, law firms, logistics companies, contractors.
The consistent thing across all of them? The clients who invested in their visuals outperformed the ones who didn't. Better photos meant more inquiries. Better product images meant higher conversion. A professional headshot meant more LinkedIn connections that turned into clients.
The problem was always cost and access. Not every plumber can afford a $2,000 photography session. Not every realtor can wait three weeks for a photographer's editing queue. Not every e-commerce operator can justify $40 per product photo across a 500-item catalog.
When AI image generation reached a quality threshold where it was genuinely indistinguishable from professional photography — I stopped treating it as a curiosity and started building a service around it.
We don't just run images through a filter and call it a day. Every project goes through a human-reviewed pipeline: the AI does the heavy lifting, and a real set of eyes approves every output before it ships to a client.
We use a curated stack of AI tools — Higgsfield, Firefly, and others — chosen specifically for photorealism over everything else. If the output looks like it was generated by an app, it doesn't leave our pipeline.
The standard we hold ourselves to: could this pass for a real photograph in a professional context? If the answer is anything less than yes — we redo it.
"The standard we hold ourselves to: could this pass for a real photograph in a professional context?"
We're not a one-model shop. Different use cases require different tools — and the AI image space evolves fast enough that we're constantly evaluating and updating our stack.
Currently we work primarily with Higgsfield AI for portrait and lifestyle generation, Adobe Firefly for product and composite work, and a proprietary review pipeline that ensures consistency across bulk orders.
Every tool in our stack was chosen for one reason: photorealism. We're not interested in "AI-looking" images. We're interested in images that work.
Send us one image. We'll enhance it free. No pitch, no pressure — just proof.
